Your Team at Calypso

With over 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Lyn Franzman joined Calypso as the Community Director. She is a real estate Broker and has built, owned and operated her own company in the past. She is married, has two step-daughters and one grandson. Some of her favorite things to do is camping & fishing, reading & working out. When asked her favorite feature of the Calypso Apartments & Lofts Community, “I Love the Clubroom & Fire Pit areas. I also enjoy my residents and working with such a great team”.

Justin Wald joined team Calypso as the communities Assistant Manager with 5 years in the industry. He and his wife have two children and a cat named Bob. Favorite things to do include fantasy football and working out. When asked what he likes about the Calypso Apartments & Lofts Community “I like the fitness center with all the right equipment and the hassle free parking. I’m proud to tour new residents and give great customer service to our current residents.

Joining the Calypso team nearly 2 years ago, Jeremy Thomas comes to us with 6 years of experience and is our Leasing Professional. He enjoys rollerblading along the beach and studying foreign languages when not leasing apartments and always has a craving for Mexican specialties like Chile Rellenos and fish tacos. Jeremy earned his pilot’s license while in college and can often be found flying small planes around the Southern California skies. Chatting with, getting to know residents and throwing resident functions are his favorite things about Calypso. Jeremy loves the Irvine location, restaurants and shopping. “Our wonderful residents, great community ambiance and my awesome team make coming to work every day something to really look forward to”.

Pedro Garcia joined Calypso with over 17 years of experience. As our Service Director he does an amazing job making sure Calypso runs smoothly and is impeccable at all times. Pedro is married and has five children. He enjoys going to the beach, swimming in the ocean in the morning and playing soccer. When asked what his favorite part about Calypso Apartments & Lofts is, “I love the beautiful entrance, tropical landscape & palm trees. The common areas are enjoyable and I love the location. It’s a pleasure to come to work every day and take care of my residents and be a part of Team Calypso.”

Luis Aviles is the one keeping our grounds clean and he does a fabulous job. He has a little over three years in the industry. He and his wife have two children and he loves spending time with them. Luis enjoys going sight-seeing and to the beach with his family. His favorite part about Calypso Apartments & Lofts is the hallways, “I love cleaning them with the concrete scrubber so they’re fresh and clean for my residents”.
